Hono Monorepo

A full-stack monorepo starter built to ship fast. Combines Next.js on the frontend with Hono running on Cloudflare Workers for a lightweight, edge-native backend. Includes auth out of the box via Better-Auth, a Neon Postgres database with Drizzle ORM, and a component library powered by Shadcn/UI and Storybook. Built as a reusable foundation — BeFocus.work was built on top of it.
